नोएडा के सेक्टर 62 से गुरुग्राम के सेक्टर 56 में घर शिफ्ट करना अपने आप में एक बहुत बड़ा सिरदर्द लग रहा था, खासकर दो छोटे बच्चों और इतने सारे सामान के साथ। इंटरनेट पर काफी खोजबीन करने के बाद हमने सेफर हाउस पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स को चुना और मैं कह सकता हूँ कि यह हमारा सबसे सही फैसला था। जिस दिन शिफ्टिंग होनी थी, उनकी टीम, जिसे संजय जी लीड कर रहे थे, बिल्कुल सही समय पर हमारे दरवाज़े पर थी। उन्होंने आते ही पूरे घर का जायज़ा लिया और एक मिनट भी बर्बाद किए बिना काम शुरू कर दिया। पैकिंग इतनी पेशेवर तरीके से की गई कि देखकर ही मन को तसल्ली हो गई। हर डिब्बे पर करीने से लिखा गया था कि उसके अंदर क्या है और वो किस कमरे का है। किचन के नाजुक कांच के बर्तनों से लेकर हमारी पुरानी भारी भरकम लकड़ी की अलमारी तक, हर एक चीज़ को बहुत सावधानी से पैक और लोड किया गया। मुझे सबसे ज़्यादा चिंता बच्चों के खिलौनों और किताबों की थी, लेकिन उन्होंने उन डिब्बों को भी बड़ी प्राथमिकता और ध्यान से संभाला। गुरुग्राम पहुँचने पर भी उनकी फुर्ती और सलीका देखने लायक था। उन्होंने न सिर्फ सारा सामान सही-सलामत उतारा, बल्कि हमारे कहने पर भारी फर्नीचर जैसे बेड और सोफा को सही जगह पर सेट भी कर दिया। इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में एक भी चीज़ टूटी या खराब नहीं हुई। ऐसा लग ही नहीं रहा था कि हम इतना बड़ा शिफ्ट कर रहे हैं, सब कुछ बेहद आसानी से हो गया। अक्सर शिफ्टिंग का अनुभव तनावपूर्ण होता है, लेकिन सेफर हाउस की टीम ने हमारे इस अनुभव को पूरी तरह से बदल दिया। उनके पेशेवर रवैये, मेहनत और ईमानदारी ने हमारा दिल जीत लिया। अगर आप दिल्ली एनसीआर में एक भरोसेमंद और कुशल मूविंग सर्विस की तलाश में हैं, तो मैं पूरे यकीन के साथ इनकी सलाह दूँगा। उन्होंने हमारे इस मुश्किल काम को यादगार और तनाव-मुक्त बना दिया।
